Welcome to Aviarylytics. We're committed to delivering high-precision ecological modeling and data-driven insights. By engaging our services, you're agreeing to the framework outlined here. Don't worry, we've kept it as straightforward as our data visualization.

Our predictive models are built on 14 years of ecological expertise combined with advanced stochastic algorithms. While we aim for maximum accuracy, ecological systems are inherently dynamic. Why would we promise absolute certainty in a changing climate? Instead, we provide probabilistic confidence intervals to guide your decision-making.

2. Data Usage & Ownership

We respect the sensitivity of environmental data. All proprietary birdwatching datasets provided by clients remain their exclusive property. However, we're granted a non-exclusive license to use this data solely for the purpose of generating your specific predictive models.

Regarding IP: the final reports belong to you. The underlying modeling architecture and custom algorithms? Those remain with our specialists at Aviarylytics. It's how we keep the lights on and the birds nesting.

3. Operational Limits

Consultancy services are provided remotely from our hub in the Cayman Islands unless on-site fieldwork is explicitly contracted. We strive for 99% uptime on our modeling platform, but occasional maintenance is required. Are you ready for insights that transform conservation? 4. Liability

Aviarylytics provides decision modeling for informational purposes. Final conservation actions are the responsibility of the client. We aren't liable for unexpected shifts in biological populations that deviate from statistical norms. Nature is unpredictable. We just give you the best map possible.
